Our Story

ABZTRAK’s journey began with a vision rooted in real-world experience. In April 2003, Mr. Wilton C. Ngo founded Tills n Labels System Marketing as a single proprietorship, drawing from his extensive 27-year career in retail and distribution management. Having witnessed firsthand the challenges businesses face in tracking assets and managing operations efficiently, he recognized the need for affordable, reliable automation solutions.

What started as a focused effort to serve local businesses evolved into something much bigger. By December 21, 2011, the growing demand for our services and solutions led us to incorporate as ABZTRAK, Inc., marking our transformation from a single proprietorship to a full corporation registered with the Securities Exchange Commission.

Over the past two decades, we’ve built lasting partnerships with leading technology providers and developed deep expertise in retail automation.
